2) Unlimited Time, Unlimited Miles for as Long as You Own the Vehicle
i. The Lifetime Powertrain Warranty is valid for as long as you own the vehicle – for an unlimited time, unlimited miles, good anywhere in the USA or Canada.
ii. Warranty follows the original registered owner, not the vehicle. You cannot transfer the warranty to a child or other family member as the vehicle ages.
iii. Lifetime powertrain warranty only goes into effect AFTER you have exhausted your Toyota factory warranties. For complete details about Toyota’s warranties, please refer to the applicable Warranty & Maintenance Guide or see your Toyota dealer.
iv. Every new Toyota vehicle is supported by a 36-month/36,000-mile limited warranty coverage. This includes:
1. Basic Coverage: 36 months/36,000 miles (all components other than normal wear and maintenance items).
2. Powertrain Coverage: 60 months/60,000 miles (engine, transmission/transaxle, front-wheel-drive system, rear-wheel drive, seatbelts and airbags).
3. Rust-Through Coverage: 60 months/unlimited miles (corrosion perforation of sheet metal).

3) Lifetime Coverage After Your Toyota Factory Warranty Expiration
i. If you miss or are late for a scheduled service or if you lose your service records, your coverage may be voided. All maintenance to your Covered Vehicle must be performed according to the service schedule outlined in the owner’s manual published by the manufacturer of the Covered Vehicle OR every six (6) months or seventy-five hundred (7,500) miles, whichever comes first (regardless if the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule is greater than six (6) months or seventy-five hundred (7,500) miles), as SECTION 3 (MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITIES) of the agreement indicates. All routine maintenance must be performed within one (1) month or one thousand (1,000) miles, whichever comes first, of the regular scheduled interval based upon the odometer reading and date of the previous routine maintenance schedule. To keep the Warranty in force, you must perform all of the manufacturer’s REQUIRED maintenance (at a certified Toyota dealership) and keep the records. If you have your service performed at Valdosta Toyota, we will maintain all of those records for you.) Failure to adhere to the maintenance responsibilities will result in denial of coverage, therefore voiding the agreement.
ii. This warranty is never activated on leased vehicles, which are always covered by Toyota’s factory warranties during the terms of the lease.

4) First 2 Years / 25,000 miles of ToyotaCare® Coverage
i. ToyotaCare® is provided by Toyota and covers normal factory scheduled service for 2 years or 25,000 miles, whichever comes first. Valid only in the continental U.S. and Alaska.
ii. Certain models require a different maintenance schedule as described in their Maintenance Guide. Excludes those items listed in the Maintenance Guide under Special/Severe Operating Conditions.
iii. Consult the vehicle’s Maintenance Guide for factory recommended service and intervals. Service requirements and intervals vary by model.
iv. Toyota recommends service every 6 months or 5,000 miles. Vehicles serviced based solely on time will receive up to 4 services under the ToyotaCare plan. Certain models require a different maintenance schedule as described in their Maintenance Guide.
5) Next 2 Years / 45,000 miles of ToyoGuard® Platinum Coverage
i. Toyoguard® Platinum is provided by Southeast Toyota Distributors, LLC through Valdosta Toyota as a complimentary extension. It provides the following additional services after ToyotaCare® expires. Toyoguard® Platinum is valid only in the continental U.S. and Alaska. To obtain Toyoguard® Oil Changes or Tire Rotations, please take your vehicle to any Toyota dealer. If your Toyota dealer is not located in FL, GA, AL, SC, or NC, have your Toyota dealer contact Southeast Toyota Distributors, LLC. at 888-851-2722. The benefits follow the vehicle and any remaining benefits at time of sale will automatically transfer to the next owner of the vehicle, unless the vehicle is used for commercial or fleet purposes. Toyoguard® benefits are not valid on commercial or fleet vehicles. – See details in glove box.
ii. Toyoguard® Oil Changes. In addition to the ToyotaCare® scheduled maintenance, you will receive 2 synthetic oil changes with filters or 4 non-synthetic oil changes if your vehicle requires non-synthetic oil. Must be redeemed within 5 years or 60,000 miles of original purchase, whichever first occurs.
iii. Toyoguard® Tire Rotations. In addition to the ToyotaCare® scheduled maintenance, you will receive 4 tire rotations. Must be redeemed within 5 years or 60,000 miles of original purchase, whichever first occurs.
iv. Toyoguard® Roadside Assistance provides jump starts, tire service, fuel delivery, lockouts, limited winching and towing, all available 24 hours a day, any day, anywhere in the continental U.S., Alaska, and in addition, Roadside Assistance is available in Canada by calling 1-800-528-2054. Plan is 5 years or 60,000 miles whichever first occurs. Roadside Assistance does not include parts & fluids. Winching is limited to 100 feet from maintained roadway. Towing: we will tow your covered vehicle to the nearest Toyota dealership from your disablement site or an additional 25 miles to your preferred Toyota dealership. Fuel Delivery: we will inspect vehicle and if needed will provide up to 3 gallons of fuel. Lockout does not include key replacement.
v. Toyoguard® Rental Car Assistance will be provided if you have a warrantable concern requiring a part to be ordered or over-night repairs, if rental car assistance is not provided by Toyota. The Rental Car Assistance Plan is for the first 5 years or 60,000 miles, whichever first occurs. Limited to a one day rental for each qualifying repair, maximum 5 rentals per plan period. Limited to $35 per day.
vi. Toyoguard® Paint Sealant is designed to help prevent premature deterioration caused by harsh weather and salt air. Warranted for 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever shall occur first. See Toyoguard® Protective Coating Limited Warranty in vehicle’s glove box.
vii. Toyoguard® Interior Fabric Protector seals the fabric fibers to make clean-up of spills quick and easy. It is only applied to fabric seats and carpet (not applied to leather, vinyl, or any other surface). Warranted for 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever shall occur first. See Toyoguard® Protective Coating Limited Warranty in vehicle’s glove box.
6) Leave-It and Loan-It on Services over $300
i. In order to receive your loaner vehicle for the duration of your vehicle being serviced, an appointment must be made at least 3 full days in advance. Your loaner vehicle request must be made – and confirmed – at the time of setting your appointment, not at the time of the appointment, in order to assure that a vehicle is available to loan.
ii. The $300 threshold must be reached by customer-paid repairs, pre-tax, not including recalls or warranty work.
iii. The customer must have verified, transferable insurance coverage.
iv. The driver is solely responsible for the condition of the vehicle for the entire time of the loan. The loaner vehicle must be returned in the same condition that it was received, or the customer will be subject to charges.
v. The customer is responsible for fueling the vehicle during the loan period as well as refilling the tank to the approximately equivalent amount before returning it to the dealership. If not, the customer may be charged a fueling fee.
vi. Loaner vehicles are not available for drivers under the age of 21.
7) Priority Appointments with Preferred Advisors

8) Available 24/7 anywhere in the US & Canada
i. Roadside Assistance’s 24-hour coverage is available at no additional cost. For the first 2 years under ToyotaCare, coverage applies for unlimited mileage. Toyoguard Platinum then continues your coverage, without lapse, from years 3-5 or for 60,000 miles, whichever comes first.
ii. Coverage does not include parts and fluids, except emergency fuel delivery. See Toyota Dealer for details and exclusions. Valid only in the continental U.S. and Alaska.

9) Jump starts, tire service, emergency fuel delivery, & lockouts
i. Tire service: Impaired tire will be replaced with your inflated spare.
ii. Towing: To the nearest Toyota dealership (or to the Toyota dealership of your choice within 25 miles of the nearest dealer).
iii. Winching: Extrication from any ditch, mud, sand or snow. Vehicle must be immediately adjacent to a regularly traveled road and capable of being serviced with standard servicing equipment.
10) Available 24/7 anywhere in the US & Canada
i. Get $250 off of the deductible on your first collision repair conducted at Valdosta Toyota Collision Center, then $100 for every additional collision repair, up to $1,000.
ii. The Vanishing Deductible accrual is applied to the vehicle, NOT the owner. The accrual is non-transferable to other people or vehicles and expires upon changes of ownership.
11) Complimentary, 24/7 Emergency Towing within 100 miles
i. Receive professional roadside towing services to our Body Shop from anywhere within 100 miles of 2947 James Circle, Valdosta, GA 31601, completely free of charge.
ii. With the purchase of your new Toyota from Valdosta Toyota, your Finance Manager will provide you will a large postcard certificate, documenting your membership in the Valdosta Toyota Collision Center VIP Program. Keep this card in your glove compartment at all times; without this card present on your dashboard at the time of towing, the customer will be responsible for payment of towing services without reimbursement.

14) Complimentary Delivery within 250 miles
i. For customers that submit a contact form on www.valdostatoyota.com as a means of initiating their Online Express Shopping Experience, deliveries within 250 miles of 2980 James Circle, Valdosta, GA 31601 will be provided free of charge. Terms and transaction details must be agreed in full to prior to delivery.
ii. The vehicle and paperwork will be scheduled for delivery during regular business hours and brought to your desired destination for the completion of the transaction. The responsible purchasing party must be present for signing.
iii. If the customer fails to arrive for their scheduled delivery or chooses to opt out of purchasing that vehicle, then the customer will be subject to delivery fees.
15) 7-Day Return Policy
i. All new Toyotas purchased from Valdosta Toyota after submitting an internet contact form come with a 7-day Return Policy. If you decide you don’t like the car for any reason during those first 7 days, just give us a call to set up a return or exchange. You will be refunded the price you paid for the vehicle, excluding delivery fees (if applicable).
ii. To return or exchange your vehicle, you must let us know prior to end of our business hours on the 7th calendar day after receiving your vehicle. We cannot accept a return if the car has been modified, in an accident or damaged, altered from the condition it was delivered in or had a lien or other encumbrance put on the vehicle. Additionally, if you drive the vehicle over 250 miles (in addition to any mileage existing on the odometer at time of purchase), every additional mile will be charged a fee of $1.00 per mile. You can exchange two vehicles while still having the 7 Day Return Policy apply, but the third vehicle will NOT come with our 7 Day Return Policy.
iii. Refund amount: All amounts you paid will be refunded within the exception of delivery costs for any additional deliveries. We’ll process the refund on the day you return the car, and it should be back in your account within 3-5 days.
